Every Machine Learning course and book seems to begin with a "Let's predict housing prices" problem. They seem to forget that their readers - mostly GenZ and millennials - can't relate to this example.

Also, it looks as though you don't need to go through the entire course to build LLMs that scrape the entire Internet, since the chapter on ethics is always placed at the end.
